The Estates at Acqualina, a 264-unit, two-tower luxury condo scheduled to open in 2019 at 17901 Collins Ave. on Sunny Isles Beach, will have an entire floor, dubbed Circus Maximus, dedicated to amenities such as an ice-skating rink for residents.
Circus Maximus will also include a movie theater, a Wall Street Trader’s Club room complete with a running ticker tape and computers for the stock market aficionados, bowling lanes, a Formula One simulator, a golfing simulator and a board room.
“We want The Estates at Acqualina to have a multi-generational effect for families within a dynamic recreational space,” The Trump Group co-chairman Jules Trump said. “It’s almost like a theme park in your living room replete with memorable opportunities.”
And, the Circus Maximus floor is just one dynamic of the 45,000-square-foot amenity-laden Villa Acqualina, which will also house a spa, fitness center, and a world-class restaurant.
Outside on the property, residents can expect 502 feet of private Atlantic oceanfront for their enjoyment, as well as multiple infinity pools, a FlowRider for surfing, and a basketball court. Beachside food and drink will also be available by way of a beachfront restaurant and bar among The Estates at Acqualina’s 5.6-acre grounds and gardens.
And, while 24-hour valet service and 24-hour security services will keep residents at ease, an on-site Rolls Royce house car will also be available.
“We thought of just about everything for residents at The Estates at Acqualina. It shows with the level of detail in the amenities,” Jules Trump said.
Separate from the Villa Acqualina are the two residential towers, Via Acqualina 777 and Via Acqualina 888.
Via Acqualina 777 will have 91 expansive full- and half-floor residences between 4,505 and 5,146 square feet, as well as a 8,750 square foot single family home, a 8,950 square foot tower suite and a two-story 15,332 square foot penthouse estate, all with their own leisure pools.
Via Acqualina 888 will have 173 residences between 2,897 and 3,672 square feet including two 8,800 to 9,700 square foot two-story penthouses, two 4,975 to 5,425 square foot tower suites and one, 7,722 square foot two-story single family home, all with private pools as well.
Sales for the residences have already crossed $360 million since launching this past spring, with unit prices ranging from $3.9 million to $40 million.
Michael Goldstein, The Trump Group’s President of Sales, said the strength in numbers lie in the iconic name of the Acqualina brand, which also includes the Acqualina Resort & Spa and The Mansions at Acqualina.
“People are drawn to the brand, they’re well aware of its presence in the luxury real-estate market,” Goldstein said.
